Ingredients:

Plain Crackers

Low-Fat Cream Cheese

Smoked Salmon

Steps:

1) Lay down a cracker and cover it with cream cheese.

2) Put a slice of salmon on top of the cream cheese layer.

3) Put another layer of cream cheese on top of the salmon.

4) Cover with another cracker.

1) Put the whole grain bread on a plate.

2) Put the grapes on the bread as eyes.

Blueberries

Raspberries

Steps:

1) Cut banana in half.

2) Put strawberries in one third.

3) Put raspberries in the next third.

4) Fill the last third with blueberries.

Healthy S'mores Variation

Ingredients:

Toast

Low-Fat Cream Cheese

Low-Fat Chocolate Cream Cheese

Steps:

1) Cut toast in half.

2) Spread a layer of regular cream cheese on one half.

3) Spread a layer of chocolate cream cheese on the other half.

4) Stack the now covered pieces of toast on top of each other.
